Celebrate San Fernando Valley Children’s Day!

Don’t miss the 2011 San Fernando Valley Children’s Day on Saturday, Sept. 17 at Woodley Park. This fun, free event for families and kids will feature carnival rides, rock climbing, facepainting, a special kids train ride, arts and crafts booths, prizes, games, celebrity appearances, live entertainment, gourmet food trucks, and a Police helicopter and Fire trucks on display. ESPN X Games will hold a skateboarding clinic.

The kids resource fair will include over 100 booths with information about a wide variety of fun, healthy activities for kids. Learn about how your kids can participate AYSO Soccer, Police Activity League Supporters, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, Recreation and Parks programs, and other sports, music, dance, drama and educational programs.
